Project overview
Heattech worked alongside the wider construction team to deliver organised plumbing services across 18 new apartments. Routes, access and sequencing were coordinated around the programme so each stage could progress cleanly.
The project demonstrates the team’s ability to manage larger residential developments while maintaining the same care applied to every visible and concealed detail.

The client brief
Deliver the plumbing infrastructure for 18 new apartments within an existing commercial building, coordinating the installation with the wider conversion programme.
Planning and coordination
Riser positions, distribution routes, access points and apartment connections were planned around the existing structure and sequenced alongside the main contractor and other trades.
Installation
Heattech installed the principal distribution, individual supplies and metering, heating and hot-water services, plus external soil and waste systems serving the new homes.
Quality and completion
Pipework was kept organised, securely supported and accessible for testing and future maintenance. Each stage was checked before areas were closed and handed over.
