The requirement

Provide new drainage and ventilation for a loft bathroom while working around the altered roof, gutter and external elevations.

The route was assessed to create suitable falls, reliable connections and a neat external appearance without obstructing roof details or future maintenance.

Installation

New soil, vent and waste pipework was securely clipped and connected to serve the new sanitaryware, with external joints and offsets kept controlled.

Next stage

The drainage is prepared for the remaining bathroom installation and will be checked as the loft fit-out progresses.
